Delivery within Ireland

Delivery charges on orders under €75.00 are €7.00, delivered nationwide in Ireland by An Post.

Delivery to UK

We ship all UK orders with UPS, the rate is calculated at checkout by UPS based on the weight of your order

Canoes & Kayak delivery to Northern Ireland charged at checkout and costs up to €75 / £70

Unfortunately we do not ship canoes, kayaks or items exceeding 1.4m in length to island of Great Britain
- Orders under £130 will be shipped DDP meaning there will be no additional charges. Please note that customers are liable for any local VAT or import duty applied to export orders.
Delivery to EU & International

We ship all EU & international orders with UPS, the rate is calculated at checkout by UPS based on the weight of your order

Delivery Conditions
We use our own transport to deliver large Canoes & Kayaks and delivery times may be increased to fit in with our transport logistics.
We send smaller orders with various couriers or An Post, both of which will require a signature upon receipt. We use a 3 Day service for all smaller orders and this includes insurance on all parcels up to €150.
If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient of where the parcel can be collected. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to collect the parcel. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to collect the parcel in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for redelivery to that or an alternative address.
In the event that you select a business address for delivery, we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address.
Please note delivery times listed is working days and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 2.00pm.
Delivery Schedule
For soft goods we will dispatch items in stock within 2 working days and you should receive your order within 5-7 working days depending on the courier.
Unfortunately Canoes & Kayaks can not be sent with a courier due to their size. We use our own transport to deliver large Canoes and Kayaks with lead times up to 15 working days from date of order.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Product Availability
Some products may at certain times experience delays in supply due to the specialist nature of the sport or unexpected high demands. We will try to keep you informed of the status of any incomplete orders. If products are not likely to be available within a reasonable timescale you will be offered the option of a suitable alternative as close as possible in specification and price or to your original order. You of course have the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund if applicable.
Certain items seen on our website may be limited in availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order made with us in such cases for whatever reason. Refunds will always be honoured.
Recipients MUST thoroughly check their boat for damage before the courier leaves. If the boat has arrived damaged then you must sign for it as damaged. Then get in touch with us for the resolution. Every care has been taken to prevent any damage happening to the goods, including careful packaging and minimising how long the boat is in the courier’s warehouse. However, due to the size, shape and weight of the boats accidents can still happen. We will endeavour to prevent this and resolve issues if necessary.
