Level 2 River Trip

Our Kayak progression sessions are more than just lessons - it's an experience on a river trip and we'll take you beyond the ordinary. This is a learning journey like no other. A blend of technical skills, river awareness, and mindful paddling.

If you're looking to refine strokes, improve boat handling or progress with the confidence and take a more dynamic approach to white water, our progression pathway meets you where you are.

Skill- Building Sessions

• Refined strokes - edging and boat control
• Catching eddies with fluidity
• Ferry gliding
• Breaking in & out
• Rescue skills and safe practice

Mindful River Awareness

• You will now read the river as a paddler, not a passenger!
• Feel the flow, recalibrate your senses and respond with ease
• Build adaptability and resilience both on and off the water

What’s Provided

We’ll take care of the essentials – kayak, paddle, wetsuit & buoyancy aid are all included in your course. Just bring along your swimwear, a towel and a pair of suitable footwear you don’t mind getting wet. We’ll handle the rest, so you can focus on getting comfortable on the water.

• Hot Showers and changing facilities
• Complimentary use of our Sauna after the session - ideal for recovery, reflection or simply decompress after your time on the water.
• Simple comforts before and after paddling, tea and coffee is on us!
