Level 3 Skills Coaching

Our Level 3 Kayak Skills Personal Coaching is a focused training and benchmarking session designed to help paddlers understand where they currently sit against Level 3 performance criteria.

Located on the banks of the River Liffey, the day provides structured observation and individual feedback, allowing participants to identify strengths, gaps, and priorities ahead of a formal Level 3 River Skills Assessment.

Our session mirrors demand, the environment, and the decision-making expectations of Level 3 paddling, whilst maintaining a supportive environment aligned with best practice in duty of care, risk management, and progressive skills development.

This day is ideal for paddlers who:

• Are considering a Level 3 River Kayak Skills course
• Want clarity on readiness before committing to an assessment
• Are returning after time away from paddling and want a professional benchmark

What's included:

• A focused session designed to benchmark your current Level 3 readiness in real world environments
• Emphasis on practical decision making, efficiency and confidence on moving water
• Practical guidance, meeting you where you're currently at
• Complimentary use of our Sauna after the session - ideal for recovery, reflection or simply decompress after your time on the water.
• Simple comforts before and after paddling, tea and coffee is on us! It's the little things...
• This is a training and preparation day, not an assessment, our focus is on you, not ticking boxes!
